Miao, is a Research Assistant at the School of Design, SUSTech. He graduated from NUIG with a master’s degree in Computer Science. He worked as an Archaeology crew member (both Paleo- and Neolithic eras) and as a lab assistant for Databases and Large-scale Data Analytics. He is now focusing on Human-Computer Interaction, AI and Data Storage related topics. He loves functional programming and has a particular fondness for Rust. Outside of work, Miao enjoys reading detective fiction and zoning out while imagining his future life.
